Simply create your ScriptSave WellRx account and you’ll have completely free access to easy-to-use journals and Mood Logs. These tools make it easy to track and record changes. It’s then simple to relay this information to your physician or caregivers when needed.

You can access your personal, private journals by opening the “Mood Logs” feature from within your FREE virtual Medicine Chest. Keep reading to learn how to get started!

How to get started

Getting started with the ScriptSave WellRx Mood Tracker is simple! Just follow these steps:

Step 1. If you haven’t yet done so, create a free ScriptSave WellRx account.
Step 2. After creating an account, log in to access your customizable profile.
Step 3. Once you’ve logged in, you can begin tracking medications, including any newly prescribed ones. To navigate to the Mood Tracker, access your profile Dashboard from either the website or the ScriptSave WellRx mobile app.
Step 4. From the Dashboard, click “My Mood Log”.
Step 5. You can now select your mood for the day to easily track how you’re feeling across days, weeks, and even months!
