At ScriptSave WellRx, we are constantly striving to ensure that our pharmacy partners are ready, willing and able to honor the ScriptSave WellRx card. As a program member, you can help us maintain accurate pharmacy information so that current and future cardholders can easily access the lowest Rx prices possible.

Helping Others – Rate A Pharmacy. A Quick-start Guide, from “ScriptSave University”

Rating your experience of using the ScriptSave WellRx card or coupon at your pharmacy is a fast and easy way for us to see which pharmacies are up-to-date with the program, as well as helping us identify any that might benefit from some additional support. Furthermore, by giving your ‘Thumbs-up/down’ for the specific pharmacy that you used, you’ll be able to help others when they make a choice about where to use their ScriptSave WellRx card.

How to Rate Your Experience

  • Step 1. Use the main menu to navigate to, “Find a Pharmacy Near Me“.
  • Step 2. Enter the pharmacy name and the zip code (see screenshot below).

  • Step 3. Select the correct pharmacy from the list of options, then chose the Thumbs-up or down (see screenshot below).

Why Rate Your Pharmacy Experience Using ScriptSave WellRx?

More than 65,000 pharmacies are contracted to be part of the ScriptSave WellRx program. Although these numbers are impressive, it all comes undone if a member has difficulty using their card or coupon on the day they need to fill their prescription.

At ScriptSave WellRx, we fully understand that when we present pricing options for a specific pharmacy on our website, we create high expectations with our members that the card/coupon will be accepted at that pharmacy. Therefore, if things don’t go to plan, we want to know.

Insider Tip:

To help avoid a frustrating experience at the pharmacy, always take a moment to double-check that you’ve price-checked the correct strength, quantity, etc. for your prescription. The ScriptSave WellRx website & mobile app will start by showing prices for the most commonly dispensed version of a drug. However, if your prescription is for a different quantity of pills, another medication brand, or a different strength of cream (for example), you’ll need to make changes to the default settings. Learn how to do that by reviewing our related Quick-start Guide for Getting the most accurate price estimates, HERE.
