NATALIZUMAB (na ta LIZ you mab) treats multiple sclerosis (MS). It works by slowing down an overactive immune system, which prevents or delays worsening symptoms. It also decreases the number of flare-ups. It may also be used to treat Crohn's disease. It is a monoclonal antibody.
