Folate plays an important role in forming red blood cells and maintaining brain health. Lactobacillus is a probiotic, which supports a healthy balance of bacteria and yeast in your body. This may support digestion and immune system health. The FDA has not evaluated this supplement for any medical use. It may contain ingredients not listed. Take this supplement by mouth. Take it as directed on the label at the same time every day in between meals.
