  • Cobimetinib 20mg, Oral tablet

    Severity: Major
Notes for Consumers: Do not take Cobimetinib with Grapefruit Juice. Side effects from Cobimetinib may get worse if you take Grapefruit Juice.
Notes for Professionals: Avoid the concurrent use of cobimetinib with grapefruit juice due to the risk of cobimetinib toxicity. In healthy subjects (n = 15), coadministration of a single 10 mg dose of cobimetinib with itraconazole (200 mg once daily for 14 days), another strong CYP3A4 inhibitor, increased the mean cobimetinib AUC by 6.7-fold (90% CI, 5.6 to 8) and the mean Cmax by 3.2-fold (90% CI, 2.7 to 3.7).
