Taking bosutinib and grapefruit juice together may result in increased levels of bosutinib in your body and increased risk for bosutinib side effects such as diarrhea, nausea/vomiting, low blood counts, and/or liver problems.
    Notes for Professionals: Avoid concomitant use of bosutinib, a CYP3A4 substrate, and grapefruit juice, a CYP3A4 inhibitor, as bosutinib plasma exposure may increase.
