• Interaction: Grapefruit juice• Severity: Major• Notes for Consumers: If you drink grapefruit juice, talk to your health care professional. Taking bosutinib and grapefruit juice together may result in increased levels of bosutinib in your body and increased risk for bosutinib side effects such as diarrhea, nausea/vomiting, low blood counts, and/or liver problems.• Notes for Professionals: Avoid concomitant use of bosutinib, a CYP3A4 substrate, and grapefruit juice, a CYP3A4 inhibitor, as bosutinib plasma exposure may increase.
