WITCH HAZEL (WICH hey zuhl) relieves minor pain and irritation in the rectal area. It works by decreasing inflammation. It belongs to a group of medications called astringents.
This medicine may be used for other purposes; ask your health care provider or pharmacist if you have questions.

This medication is for external use only. Follow the directions on the package label or the advice of your care team. Do not use your medication more often than directed.
Talk to your care team about the use of this medication in children. While this medication may be used for children as young as 12 years for selected conditions, precautions do apply.
Overdosage: If you think you have taken too much of this medicine contact a poison control center or emergency room at once.
NOTE: This medicine is only for you. Do not share this medicine with others.

Interactions are not expected. Do not use any other skin products on the same area of skin without asking your care team.

Tell your care team if your symptoms do not start to get better or if they get worse.
Many pads and wipes are safe for septic and sewer system disposal. Check specific product label.

This does not apply; the pads or wipes may be used as needed, up to 6 times per day.

Keep out of the reach of children and pets.
Store at room temperature between 15 and 30 degrees C (59 and 86 degrees F). Get rid of any unused medication after the expiration date.
