TEZEPELUMAB (TEZ e PEL ue mab) prevents the symptoms of asthma. It may also be used to treat nasal and sinus inflammation with nasal polyps. It is often used when other medications have not worked well enough or cannot be tolerated. It works by decreasing inflammation of the airways, making it easier to breathe. Do not use it to treat a sudden asthma attack. It is a monoclonal antibody.
