IMIPRAMINE (im IP ra meen) treats depression. It increases the amount of serotonin and norepinephrine in the brain, substances that help regulate mood. It may also help reduce bedwetting in children. It belongs to a group of medications called tricyclic antidepressants (TCAs).

    Notes for Professionals: Advise patients to avoid grapefruit and grapefruit juice during acalabrutinib treatment due to the risk for increased acalabrutinib exposure and adverse reactions. Acalabrutinib is a CYP3A substrate and grapefruit juice is a CYP3A inhibitor.
