    Notes for Consumers: Do not eat grapefruit or drink grapefruit juice while taking Infigratinib without discussing the risks with your health care provider. Side effects from Infigratinib such as extreme tiredness, decreased appetite, vomiting, or diarrhea may get worse. Contact your health care provider immediately if you experience vision changes, muscle cramps, numbness, or tingling around the mouth.
    Notes for Professionals: Advise patients to avoid consuming grapefruit or grapefruit juice while taking infigratinib. Grapefruit juice may increase infigratinib exposure, increasing the risk for adverse effects. Infigratinib is a CYP3A4 substrate and grapefruit is a strong CYP3A4 inhibitor. Coadministration with another strong CYP3A4 inhibitor increased the AUC of infigratinib by 622%.
