To reprint your card enter the following information and press the Get Your Card button. When your card appears on the screen, print it.

Please enter your first and last name, and email address.




You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader to view and print out your free drug discount card.

I think this is such a wonderful card for people who don’t know where to turn because they have no prescription coverage. Thanks for helping the community.
