Charles W. Horn, Chairman and Founder
Mr. Horn provides strategic direction for ScriptSave. Over the course of his career, he has founded
and co-founded several businesses in the health care and insurance industries, including two Inc. 500
companies. He also serves as Chairman of Ternian Insurance Group, a Phoenix, Arizona based company that
markets a variety of medical and supplemental health products and services. Mr. Horn graduated from the
University of Delaware. He serves on The University of Arizona's College of Pharmacy National Advisory Board.
Lori Bryant, President and CEO
Ms. Bryant is responsible for the strategic positioning and the day-to-day operations of the company.
She has over 25 years experience in healthcare working with the nation's largest insurers, health plans,
and healthcare delivery systems. Prior to joining ScriptSave, Ms. Bryant was CEO and managing partner for
Sleepstudy.com and held the position of Chief Operating Officer and Senior Vice President of HealthPartners
Health Plan. She holds a bachelor's degree in public health from the University of Arizona.
Jennifer Kimbrough, Chief Financial Officer
Ms. Kimbrough is responsible for financial planning and reporting. She has over 17 years experience in public
accounting, industry and regulatory roles. Prior to joining ScriptSave, Ms. Kimbrough worked for a publicly
traded corporation where she was responsible for financial reporting for a subsidiary with annual revenues
of $250M. She holds a bachelor's degree in organizational communication from Pepperdine University and
a Master of Business Administration from the University of Arizona. Ms. Kimbrough is a Certified Public
Accountant licensed in Arizona and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
Marcus Sredzinski, Pharm.D., Senior Vice President, Pharmacy Services and Business Development
Dr. Sredzinski is responsible for overall pharmacy strategic initiatives, including clinical programs, operations,
and trade relations with the pharmaceutical company industry. He has over 15 years experience in pharmacy
operations and direction, clinical operations, formulary and rebate management and disease management programs.
Prior to joining ScriptSave, Dr. Sredzinski worked with many of the nation's largest insurers, health plans and
pharmaceutical organizations including Elan Pharmaceuticals, Aetna, HealthPartners and Partners National Health
Plan. He holds a bachelor’s degree in microbiology and chemistry from The University of Arizona, as well as a
Doctor of Pharmacy from The University of Arizona. Dr. Sredzinski is adjunct faculty in the College of
Pharmacy at The University of Arizona. He is licensed in Arizona and California and is a member of The
Academy of Managed Care Pharmacy and the Arizona Society for Hospital Pharmacy.
Paige Berger, Senior Vice President of Business Relations and Marketing
Ms. Berger is responsible for overall sales, marketing and client service initiatives. For over 15 years,
she has worked with the nation's largest insurers, health plans and pharmaceutical organizations in program
design, product design, sales training, account management, marketing/creative design and marketing/communications.
Prior to joining ScriptSave, Ms. Berger held various sales, service and marketing roles at Eli Lilly & Co.,
United Healthcare, HealthPartners and Aetna. She has a Master of Science and Bachelor of Science in
healthcare administration and is a Certified Health Education Specialist.
Eric Rankin, Senior Vice President of Information Technology and Operations
Mr. Rankin is responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive organizational and operational
systems and technologies to maximize the effectiveness and scalability of the company. He has over 12 years
experience in enterprise healthcare systems, practice management, outpatient and hospital systems. Mr.
Rankin has held management and implementation roles at Sunquest, Misys Healthcare and McKesson. He holds
a bachelor's degree in business management and a Master of Business Administration. Mr. Rankin is a
certified SCRUM master for agile software design and an active member of the Society of Industry Leaders.
Mark Chamness, R.Ph., Vice President of Pharmacy Networks
Mr. Chamness is responsible for overall pharmacy services and initiatives to include contracting, systems
and relationships. He has over 17 years experience in senior pharmacy operations and managed care pharmacy
operations in the retail pharmacy industry. Prior to joining ScriptSave, Mr. Chamness held pharmacy
operations and management roles at Safeway and Kmart. He has a bachelor's degree in pharmacy from the
University of Iowa College of Pharmacy.
